Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship to most international destinations. Delivery times for Standard Shipping vary by location:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 5-8 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days.

Please note these are estimates, and delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the destination address. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. The final shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. TechneSpark is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered the shipping process.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost paid to TechneSpark. We cannot predict or control these fees, and they are determined by your local customs authority.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us promptly. For any lost package inquiries, please reach out to us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
