Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all seals, tags, and accessories intact.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Please note that certain products, such as software downloads or personalized items, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, accident, or improper handling.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Gift cards or downloadable software products (unless faulty).
How to Initiate a Return

- Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
Defective or Incorrect Items
